At Evason Ana Mandara you will discover a diverse choice of dining alternatives. Our Chef and his team work to produce a selection of dishes that allow east to meet west, whilst continuing to provide endless culinary experiences from traditional Vietnam.
Evason Ana Mandara features an interesting blend of classic regional Vietnamese cooking with a contemporary fusion influence. We source only the freshest ingredients from local markets, rural Vietnam and International producers to create a culinary journey of the highest standard. We trust the menu has something for all tastes but ultimately we are flexible and will endeavor to create anything else you might want to enjoy whilst dining with us.
The Pavilion Restaurant
You have a choice of indoor, verandah or beach dining with a spectacular panoramic view of Nha Trang Bay. Pavilion offers modern fine dining cuisine for dinner and commences your day with a bountiful international breakfast buffet.
Obby Bar
Located beside the Pavilion Restaurant, this is a comfortable indoor bar extending to a bamboo courtyard sheltered by the banyan tree. This is an ideal setting for a relaxing beverage with wines by the glass, international beer selection or one of our creations. The Lobby Bar boasts and extensive walk in wine cellar that has something for all occasions and palates; let us know if you would like to do some tasting or enjoy a wine dinner.
Into Frizz Bar
Whether catching some sun at the beach or lounging around at the poolside; Into Frizz Bar offers an extensive range champagnes, refreshing cocktails, beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks to quench your thirst while listening to chill-out music. An extensive snack menu and champagne canapés are on the list.
The Beach Restaurant & Bar
Located beside the stunning infinity pool, the Beach Restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating options. Enjoy Vietnamese a la carte dishes at lunch. Our Vietnamese Street Market experience, weave your way through our interactive stations where ladies of the local household prepare authentic traditional Vietnamese food from the South, Centre and North be entertained by local artists and traditional music.
Villa Dinning

Our Cham Room is available for casual seminars, meetings, cocktail receptions, or private dinner parties. The Boardroom can be used for smaller and intimate meetings. Rental of the meeting rooms include all necessary equipments and stationeries.
By taking advantages of the open air and natural environment of the resort, dinners and receptions can also be held poolside or
beachside.
The Location of Ana Mandara Resort in Nha Trang is near the Tran Phu Beachside. You can get a cab outside the Cam Ranh Airport. People reach this property by train. The Nha Trang Railway Station is not very far from the resort.
